After teaching at Carmel Bible Institute last night and last week I’m realising in a great way the compound effect of feeding myself with great teaching.

Sometimes listening to a message 50 times. This soaking in a message means that you know it inside and out. I took a message by Mark Hankins on the subject ‘who you are in Christ’ and a similar one by Kris Valaloton and no joke over the last year I’ve listened to each at least 50 times.

No one can now take those principles away from me I am becoming them. And when I want to teach others on a topic like this I don’t need notes it just comes its inside me! It’s so exciting as a teacher.

This compound effect is noticeable with my parenting too, one of the things I make sure I do with my kids each day – is do the bedtime routine – this adds up in security for them!

It is the effect that ultimately produces the over night success factor in many businesses even a blog like this.

So what is it you need to stay committed to? What do you want to see massive growth in? Stay with it long enough have expectation! And the compound effect will work for you too!
