Oh thank God we don’t have to depend on our own strength! If I did I would be a back a forth spiritual yo-yo. Instead the grace of God compels us and changes us.

What ever baggage I have in the past, needs to be forgotten – just like yours does. Though it is great to remember where we come from. But never camp there!

Our one compelling focus must be what God is doing in our now and future. I will fasten my heart to the future that God has for me – not allowing any thing from the old or any negativity from the past to come along for the journey.

Knowing that it is the anointing of Jesus and only Him that takes me to my victory and in Him each day I can find new mercy and redirection back to what he has for me, it’s not easy in this busy fast paced society that we feel debted to keep up with to keep on track spiritually. But Jesus is there in our now and our future waiting in the garden for life giving communion.
